Services available to The Owners

The romance of owning a holiday home can become a burden, when all the normal responsibilities of owning a home anywhere need to be handled at considerable distance and in a foreign language.  We want to ensure that for all the owners at Racchiusole, the dream never becomes a nightmare. Consequently, we offer a comprehensive menu of services, which can be taken up to whatever degree suits each particular owner, with only the basics of shared services, such as security, road and gate maintenance, being a necessity.  In short, we aim to offer a real sleep-at-night-factor. 

Broadly, these services can include:

Gardienage - €12 per inspection, which would cover external and internal checking for weather damage, leaks, infestation and anything else where a quick stitch in time might save nine later.

• Cooks - €12 per hour.
• Pool maintenance - €12 per hour.
• Gardeners - €12 per hour.
• Airport transfers – Bologna/Rome/Ancona/Pisa, all c.€160. Perugia, when it opens, €64.    
• House preparation for owners’ visits – as per
• Gardienage.
• Provisioning for owners’ visits - €12 per hour.
• Tennis court – year round access for owners and/or their guests - €2000.
• Guest care - €700 per occupied week, which includes everything guests could possibly want; preparation of welcome packs, welcome and property briefing, supervision of all cleaning, pool, garden, laundry, plus whatever on demand requests might arise.  We aim to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Negotiation with and supervision of subcontractors for any works undertaken – 10% management charge.
• Livery – by arrangement.
